about Lachlan

Exercise Physiologist

I hold a Master’s in Clinical Exercise Physiology and a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science from ACU. My passion for sports runs deep – it’s not only a result of my academic background but also ingrained in my personal journey as an elite athlete. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of representing Queensland in both athletics and rugby union, and I’ve competed in the Australian 7’s Olympic Trials.

Through the highs and lows of elite sport, I’ve encountered my fair share of injuries, including labral tears, ACL and meniscus tears, and torn muscles. These challenges – both physical and mental, have profoundly shaped my understanding of the demands athletes face. They’ve also been pivotal in shaping my approach as an Exercise Physiologist. I draw on these experiences to develop a comprehensive, tailored approach to injury rehabilitation and prevention. Ultimately, my experiences and sporting knowledge allow me to offer effective, personalized strategies to reach your peak physical condition.
