Never Do the Same Workout

what you need to know

Designed by our own Physiotherapists, the Back and Core Program is run through 6-week
blocks aiming to improve areas such as strength, mobility, and endurance. A combination of
Pilates and functional movements is utilised to empower people to improve their quality of
life. This is achieved through:

  1. Strengthening the core and support structures of the body
  2. Providing education to increase the understanding of the body and how it is supposed to
    move
  3. Ensuring a safe, non-judgemental and friendly environment to learn and participate in

Our Back and Core classes are equipped for reformer exercises, mat work, and additional
exercises on our smith machine. This allows us to effectively improve on injuries such as:

  • Acute low back pain
  • SIJ pain
  • Hip joint pain
  • Sciatica
  • Groin pain

The back and core classes are covered by private health and can be approved by
Workcover.
