Born and raised on the Sunshine Coast, I moved to Brisbane to study at the University of Queensland, graduating in 2025 with an Honours degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology. I have always had a strong passion for sport, playing rugby union since I was 5 years old and being fortunate enough to previously represent at state level. Through my involvement in sport, I have experienced several injuries myself and witnessed those of teammates, giving me a genuine understanding of the physical and mental challenges that can come with injury and rehabilitation. These experiences also highlighted the importance of having a structured, well-planned rehabilitation program to support recovery and return to activity.
As part of the team, I aim to use these experiences to guide my approach as a practitioner. My focus is on supporting people to help rebuild strength, movement and regain confidence so they can return to the activities they enjoy, whether that involves sport, work, or everyday life.
