Born on the Sunshine Coast and raised in Brisbane, I’ve always had a deep connection to the outdoors and an active lifestyle. Growing up with a love for all sports, I ended up finding my passion for athletics at the age of 7, specifically the 200m and 400m events. After competing in state and national levels for sprint events, I ended up finding an interest in Oztag, and continue to participate in this at social and representative levels.
Sport undoubtedly led me down a career path in exercise physiology. I ended up graduating from QUT with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2018. Since graduating, I have been working amongst a wide caseload, but specifically more paediatric and disability sectors, with a special interest in sport development.
When I am not in the gym space, you can find me doing some sort of outdoor activity (ie. fishing, camping, going to the beach or out on the boat), playing some sort of sport (most likely Oztag or running), or hanging out with my dog, “Bruce”.
I aspire to share my knowledge and passion at North Lakes Sports and Rehab to see people of all walks of life become their best selves and achieve their goals.
