I began my professional journey by completing a Bachelor’s degree in High Performance Sport, which provided a strong foundation in human performance and athletic development. I have recently completed my Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2025.
My interest in physiotherapy has been strongly shaped by my lifelong involvement in sport, particularly athletics, golf, and tennis. I have represented at both state and national levels in athletics and tennis and continue to actively compete in athletics. Throughout my sporting journey, I faced numerous injuries that challenged my ability to train and perform, but also deepened my understanding of the rehabilitation process and the importance of recovery for returning back to sport.
These experiences have shaped my approach to physiotherapy, allowing me to bring an athlete’s perspective to rehabilitation. Whether it’s recovering from an injury or reaching peak physical condition, I utilise my diverse sporting knowledge to guide athletes back to their best.
