Our Exercise Scientist is a highly trained professional who specialises in using scientific principles to design and implement exercise programs that improve physical health, performance, and overall well-being.

They will assess your current fitness levels, identify potential risks, and create a program that improves strength, power, flexibility, cardiovascular health, and functional movement.

Exercise scientists are skilled in working with a diverse range of clients – from athletes looking to enhance performance, to individuals with specific health concerns like diabetes or heart disease. They can guide you through progressive training techniques, offer rehabilitation advice, and provide ongoing support and motivation to ensure you stay on track. With this range of clients in mind, our Exercise Scientist offers three specific programs: peak performance, peak drive and peak movement. These are designed specifically for athletes, golfers and the general population.
